Talking Dads

Launched in 2024, Talking Dads is a monthly, community-building gathering for fathers seeking connection, reflection, and honest conversation about the realities of modern fatherhood.

This group offers a space to explore the competing priorities, shifting expectations, and emotional landscape of parenting alongside other dads who share a similar lived experience.

Talking Dads is for parents who are father-identifying (cis and trans men). If this description does not feel inclusive of your parenting identity, we encourage you to explore Birth Roots’ other shared Shared Identity Groups, including Queer Parents.

Participants may be expecting a child, parenting a newborn, or raising older children. Babies 6 months and younger are welcome to attend with their caregiver.
